Dr. Peterson is a multilingual speech-language pathologist, with a clinical science doctorate in speech-language pathology from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She completed her clinical fellowship training at JFK Johnson’s Rehabilitation Institute’s Center for Brain Injuries and has over 20 years of clinical experience specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of various acquired speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Her research interest includes acquired cognitive-communication disorders and dysphagia, and she presents at various state conferences and national conventions.
